Basic technical information needed to serve the site (such as IP addresses processed by our hosting provider). We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, provide our services, send messages you have signed up for (such as our newsletter or text updates), and improve how we work. We only send marketing messages to people who have opted in, and every message includes a way to opt out.

Text messaging and consent

Who we share information with

Only the service providers that make this site and our communications work: our website host (Cloudflare), our form processor (Formspree), and our customer-communication platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We never sell your information.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact records and consent history for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, or ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected].

Children

This site and our messaging programs are intended for adults and business owners. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
