Week one of either package sets both profiles right: bios, links, hours, highlights, covers. That work rides inside onboarding.
A word on scope, because we would rather say it here than surprise you: Spotlight answers comments and DMs by the next business day, every weekday. If a month runs unusually heavy, we talk volume with you before anything slips. Reviews stay where they live, with the Review Engine.
The Photography
Both packages come with a working photo library behind them. A photographer visits your room every quarter, shoots the food, the people and the space, and the edits land in a library you own. The shoot is part of the package, and every post draws from photographs that are actually yours. Shoots run inside roughly thirty driving minutes of Harrisburg; if you are further out, ask on the call and we will be straight with you.
On a six month commitment, the opening library shoot is included in month one: a 2-hour session, 80+ edited photos, the library your posts draw from on day one. If you leave the six month term early, the opening shoot bills at its standalone $675 less $135 for each month already paid; the agreement says the same in plain words.
